2

Assessment Completion

Trained assessors visit restaurants and complete the 20-question evaluation, documenting observations with photos and notes.

3

Score Calculation

Responses are weighted and calculated into category scores and an overall grade using our standardized formula.

4

Report Generation

A comprehensive scorecard is generated with grades, recommendations, and actionable improvement strategies.

5

Restaurant Review

Restaurant owners receive their report and have 7 days to review and provide feedback before publication.

Fairness

All restaurants are assessed using identical criteria. Assessors undergo training to ensure consistency and minimize bias.

Constructive Feedback

Our goal is improvement, not punishment. Reports emphasize strengths and provide specific, actionable recommendations.

Confidentiality

Restaurant owners control when results are published. We work collaboratively and respect their timelines for improvements.
